Do you customise?
Yes, we do. We can customize any design in any colour, embroidery and heel type. You can also choose your heel height preference.
Please note: We do not make closed shoes apart from the ones posted on our Instagram page. We also do not make stilettos.

What size should I choose?
We follow the European sizing system. Please refer to our Size Guide to find your perfect size.
In case you need to customise your footwear, you can reach out to us on WhatsApp and we will guide you with the sizing system/process.
Do you have COD?
Unfortunately, we do not encourage COD, especially with the prevalent COVID-19 pandemic.
When will I receive my order?
Generally, orders are shipped between 6-7 working days once the order is confirmed.

Can I exchange my order?
Yes, you can exchange your shoes only if there is a sizing issue. We'd request you to send us photos/a video of you trying on the shoes, so we can make the required changes.
All our shoes are made-to-order. Since they've been customised to suit your requirements, we do not accept change of style/design/heel/colour.

What is your shipping policy?
Shipping charges are additional. Once you choose your product(s), the shipping price will be added to your bill amount on the checkout page. Once your order has been confirmed, it will be shipped between a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 15 working days. While we use one of the most reliable courier services, some locations may be unservicable. In such a situation, please WhatsApp us on +91-9963686800 and we will try our best to find a solution.
Please note: Your shipment may take long to reach during the festive season or unavoidable circumstances (like a pandemic or bad weather conditions). Therefore, it is always recommended to place your orders in advance to avoid any last-minute stress.

Can I get warranty for the shoes?
Yes, we offer a 6-month warranty period for all our shoes. If there is any repair that needs to be done, we'll be happy to take it up. However, please note that this is valid only for the first 6 months from the date of purchase.
